Mainfreight Financial Result for the twelve months ended 31 March 2026

Mainfreight have provided you with a copy of its financial statement to 31 March 2026 and additional related documents as released to the market via NZX.

Our headline results are as follows:

• Total Revenue $5.38billion, up 2.8%
• Profit before tax $350.9 million, down 8.5%
• Net profit $251.0 million, down 8.5% 

We delivered revenue growth for the year to 31 March 2026, with improved performance through the second half continuing into April and May.

We remain focused on long-term growth through ongoing investment in our network and expanding supply chain services, and are confident of continued improvement despite ongoing cost pressures.
