The 2026 Mainfreight Limited Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 4.00pm on Thursday, 30 July 2026 in the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand.  All shareholders are invited to attend.

 

Mainfreight is pleased to announce the release of our 2026 Annual Report.

Mainfreight have released our full-year financial results to 31 March 2026 to the market; result broadly in line with our expectations and as signalled during our half-year release.

Mainfreight has opened a new purpose-built Air & Perishables facility at Melbourne Airport. Operating 24/7, the site has been designed to improve efficiency, increase capacity, and better support customers moving time-sensitive and temperature-controlled freight.

Ongoing adverse weather conditions across several regions are continuing to disrupt freight movements throughout the New Zealand network.

Mainfreight continues to take guidance and insight from a range of Government and private sector organisations. Fuel stock in, or on route to New Zealand remains within expectations.

We continue to work closely with authorities and monitor developments across Australia’s fuel market to provide our customers with timely, accurate insights. Recent government updates confirm that fuel supplies remain secure, with minimum stockholding requirements being met and additional measures introduced to stabilise the market amid heightened demand.
